By accessing or using the CLAT Pro platform — including its website, mobile application, AI features, practice engine, and mentorship services (collectively, the "Platform") — you ("User") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you and CLAT Pro with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind.

CLAT Pro is a brand operated by Vikas HighTech Solutions, a sole proprietorship owned and managed by Vikas Goyanka (hereinafter "we", "us", or "CLAT Pro"). Registered Address: Rajesh Oil Mills, Near Kotwali, Bharatpur, Rajasthan — 321 001, India.

CLAT Pro is an AI-powered preparation ecosystem designed exclusively for students appearing in the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) — Undergraduate. The Platform provides, inter alia: an AI study companion (CLAT Pro AI), voice-based interaction, AI-generated mock tests, an AI Pace Tester, a National Leaderboard, a Current Affairs Arena, and access to NLU-mentorship sessions.

The Platform offers a restricted-duration Free Plan and paid subscription plans. Features available under each plan are as described on the Pricing page and are subject to change at CLAT Pro's sole discretion upon reasonable notice.

CLAT Pro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service — temporarily or permanently — without prior notice and without liability to the User.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility. You must notify us immediately at support@clatpro.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

CLAT Pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, inaccurate, or misleading information.

Your subscription may be accessed concurrently on a maximum of two (2) devices — one (1) mobile device and one (1) desktop/laptop device. Simultaneous sessions beyond this limit may be automatically terminated by the Platform.

Account sharing — including sharing login credentials with any third party — is strictly prohibited. CLAT Pro reserves the right to immediately terminate any account found to be in violation of this provision, without refund.

Each subscription is personal and non-transferable. It is intended for the sole use of the registered User.

CLAT Pro offers paid subscription plans on a monthly and annual basis. All payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. By initiating a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service and privacy policy. CLAT Pro does not store your card details or banking information.

Subscription fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR). All applicable taxes, including GST, are the User's responsibility and may be levied in addition to the stated price.

Coupon codes may be issued at CLAT Pro's discretion for promotional purposes. Coupon codes are: (a) valid for one-time use unless stated otherwise; (b) non-transferable; (c) cannot be combined with other offers; and (d) cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases. CLAT Pro reserves the right to withdraw or modify any coupon without prior notice.

Prices displayed on the Platform are subject to change. Any change in pricing will be communicated in advance and will apply to renewals, not to your current billing cycle.

CLAT Pro may offer a Free Plan granting access to a limited set of features for a restricted period. The Free Plan is provided at CLAT Pro's sole discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

The Free Plan is intended for evaluation purposes only. Excessive or commercial use of the Free Plan is prohibited. CLAT Pro reserves the right to convert, restrict, or terminate a Free Plan account at its sole discretion.

No payment information is required to access the Free Plan. The Free Plan does not entitle the User to any refund, credit, or compensation upon its expiry or discontinuation.

CLAT Pro AI is a supplementary educational tool. All responses, study plans, question explanations, legal analyses, and any other AI-generated content are provided for informational and preparatory purposes only. They do not constitute professional legal advice, legal opinion, or any form of official academic assessment.

AI-generated legal research provided through the Platform is strictly for educational purposes and does not constitute professional legal advice. Users must not treat any AI output as a substitute for advice from a qualified advocate, legal professional, or licensed practitioner. Reliance on AI-generated content for any real-world legal matter is entirely at the User's own risk.

Artificial intelligence systems can produce errors, inaccuracies, or contextually inappropriate responses. CLAT Pro expressly disclaims all warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content.

The User agrees not to rely solely on any AI-generated content for any consequential academic, legal, or professional decision. CLAT Pro shall bear no liability for any loss, harm, or damage arising from the User's reliance on AI-generated content.

By using the voice interaction feature ("Voice Mode") of CLAT Pro AI, you expressly consent to the recording and storage of your voice sessions and text conversations.

These recordings may be used by CLAT Pro for the following purposes: (a) improving and training the AI model; (b) quality assurance and service enhancement; and (c) analytical research related to learning patterns.

Recordings are stored securely and are not sold to third parties. For further details on how your data is handled, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

NLU Mentors available on the Platform are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or representatives of CLAT Pro. Each mentor is engaged on a contract basis and compensated per mentee assigned to them.

CLAT Pro facilitates the connection between Users and NLU Mentors but does not control, supervise, or guarantee the content, advice, or methodology of any mentoring session. CLAT Pro shall not be held liable for any statements, opinions, or guidance provided by mentors.

Mentor availability is not guaranteed and may be subject to changes. CLAT Pro reserves the right to reassign mentors without prior notice.

All content available on the Platform — including but not limited to AI-generated practice questions, mock tests, current affairs summaries, study materials, course content, videos, graphics, software code, and all underlying technology — is the exclusive intellectual property of CLAT Pro and is protected under applicable Indian copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform's content solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes during the term of their active subscription.

AI-generated responses, study materials, question explanations, legal summaries, and any other content delivered through the Platform are intended exclusively for the registered User's personal and educational use. Reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting AI-generated content in any form — including packaging it into derivative products, coaching materials, or third-party services — is strictly prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement.

The User shall not, under any circumstances: (a) copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, or publish any Platform content; (b) share content with third parties outside the Platform; (c) use content for commercial purposes; (d) reverse engineer or extract any AI model, algorithm, or underlying technology; or (e) create derivative works from any Platform content. Violation of this clause constitutes copyright infringement and may result in immediate account termination and legal proceedings.

The User agrees not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) upload or transmit any malicious code or harmful content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform; (e) use automated tools, scrapers, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Platform; (f) share, sell, or otherwise transfer their account or subscription; (g) engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the experience of other Users.

CLAT Pro reserves the right to take appropriate legal and technical action against any User who violates this clause.

CLAT Pro AI is designed for individual student use within normal human usage patterns. Excessive automated querying — including the use of bots, scripts, browser automation tools, or any pipeline that queries the AI at a rate beyond what a single student can reasonably achieve manually — is a violation of this Policy and of Section 12 (Prohibited Conduct).

CLAT Pro reserves the right to throttle, temporarily suspend, or permanently terminate any account found to be engaged in excessive automated querying, without prior notice and without refund. For the purposes of this clause, "excessive" is defined at CLAT Pro's sole discretion based on usage patterns that deviate materially from normal student behaviour. Account suspension under this clause does not entitle the User to any refund of the paid subscription amount.

This Policy exists to ensure fair access to AI resources for all students on the Platform. Users who believe their account has been incorrectly flagged may write to support@clatpro.com with the subject line "FUP Review".

The brand name "CLAT Pro" is operated under Vikas HighTech Solutions, a sole proprietorship owned and managed by Vikas Goyanka. All contractual obligations, intellectual property rights, payment responsibilities, and liabilities referenced in or arising from these Terms are those of Vikas HighTech Solutions / Vikas Goyanka.

References to "CLAT Pro", "we", "us", or "the Platform" throughout these Terms refer to Vikas HighTech Solutions / Vikas Goyanka. The trade name Vikas HighTech Solutions is the registered parent entity under which CLAT Pro operates and may appear on payment statements, Razorpay invoices, and official correspondence.

CLAT Pro reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate any User's account, with or without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms — including but not limited to account sharing, content piracy, or prohibited conduct.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any paid subscription amount corresponding to the unexpired period is non-refundable. CLAT Pro shall not be liable to you or any third party for any consequences of account termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CLAT Pro (including Vikas HighTech Solutions / Vikas Goyanka) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or failure to achieve expected exam results — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

In no event shall CLAT Pro's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms exceed the total amount paid by you to CLAT Pro in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue therein.

CLAT Pro reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will endeavour to notify Users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated.
