Refund Policy.

CLAT Pro is a brand operated by Vikas HighTech Solutions, a sole proprietorship owned by Vikas Goyanka. CLAT Pro has designed its subscription offerings to be transparent and fair. Because we offer a Free Plan that allows prospective users to explore the Platform's capabilities before committing to a paid subscription, all paid subscription purchases are made with full prior knowledge of the service being offered.

Accordingly, all payments made for any CLAT Pro subscription plan are final, non-refundable, and non-negotiable, except as expressly stated in these terms. By completing a purchase on the Platform, you unconditionally acknowledge and accept this policy.

CLAT Pro does not offer refunds for any of the following reasons, including but not limited to: (a) change of mind or personal circumstances; (b) dissatisfaction with AI-generated content or mentor sessions; (c) technical issues attributable to the User's device or internet connection; (d) the User's failure to use the subscription during the billing period; (e) any perceived or actual discrepancy in exam preparation outcomes; or (f) the User's request to cancel the subscription.

Due to the digital nature of the AI services provided by CLAT Pro, refunds are not provided once the user has accessed the CLAT Pro dashboard or performed their first AI query. Access to the dashboard or initiation of any AI interaction constitutes consumption of the digital service, and no refund shall be issued thereafter.

The non-refundable nature of our subscriptions is a deliberate policy and not an oversight. Students who wish to evaluate CLAT Pro before subscribing are encouraged to utilise the Free Plan, which provides access to core features at no cost.

In lieu of a time-limited free trial with full feature access, CLAT Pro offers a permanently available Free Plan with restricted features and limited usage. This plan is available to every registered user at no cost and is designed to serve as the standard evaluation period before a paid subscription is initiated.

The Free Plan includes access to select features of the Platform. The scope of the Free Plan is defined by CLAT Pro at its sole discretion and is subject to change. The existence or continuation of the Free Plan does not create any obligation on CLAT Pro to refund any paid subscription.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time from within their account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have full access to your subscribed plan's features until the final day of the billing period for which you have paid.

After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free Plan. No credit, proration, or partial refund will be issued for the unused portion of any subscription period.

CLAT Pro does not automatically renew subscriptions without your prior authorisation via the payment gateway. However, if you have enabled auto-renewal through Razorpay, it is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period.

CLAT Pro may issue promotional coupon codes from time to time. Coupon codes are one-time use unless explicitly stated otherwise, and must be applied at the time of checkout. Coupons cannot be applied retroactively to a completed purchase under any circumstances.

Purchases made using coupon codes are subject to the same no-refund policy outlined in this document. The discount value of a coupon code shall not be refunded, credited, or transferred in any form.

CLAT Pro reserves the right to reject, revoke, or limit the use of any coupon code at its discretion, including if misuse or fraud is suspected.

CLAT Pro reserves the exclusive right to evaluate, at its absolute discretion, whether any circumstance constitutes a legitimate exception to this Refund Policy. No such exception shall be deemed a waiver of this policy or a precedent for any future claim.

If you believe your situation warrants special consideration, you may write to support@clatpro.com with the subject line "Refund Request" along with your registered email address, order ID, and a detailed description of your circumstances. All such requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and CLAT Pro's decision shall be final and binding.

All payments are processed through Razorpay. In the event of a failed transaction, the amount will be automatically refunded to your source account within 5–7 business days by Razorpay, as per standard banking protocols. CLAT Pro bears no liability for delays in such refunds as they are governed by your bank and Razorpay.

Any chargeback initiated by a User against a valid subscription charge will be treated as a breach of these Terms. CLAT Pro reserves the right to terminate the relevant account immediately upon receipt of a chargeback notification and to pursue appropriate legal remedies.

This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
